What's the best way to start?

We recommend our Flexibility Fast-Track Workshop. It's a 90 minute, hands-on, low-cost experience that will give you a solid grounding in our techniques.

Do I need to already be flexible for this?

No, this was designed by and for stiff people. You will fit right in.

What equipment do I need?

Ideally you will have a yoga mat, blocks and straps and a chair, stool or footrest of some sort. Usually you can find everything you need in your home if you don't want to buy. Comfortable clothing is also important to allow for full movement.

How soon will I see results?

You will notice a difference right away, Most people see a noticeable difference after 2 weeks. In a month, you will be well on your way.

Can I really improve flexibility at my age?

Yes. Flexibility is about method, not age.

How much time does it take?

20 minutes a day is will get you results. Longer sessions can address more muscle groups.

Does this replace my regular yoga?

No, this is a supplement to your other physical activities. Just cut back here and there on your social media and you can fit this in no problem.
